In 1985 Dr. Hart established his private practice in Bethlehem.
- He received a BA from Temple University, Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 1979.
- He received DPM from The Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in 1983.
- Dr. Hart performed his surgical residency at the Podiatry Hospital of Pittsburgh.
- Dr Hart is on staff: Muhlenberg Hospital Center, Bethlehem Pennsylvania, St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem Pennsylvania and Sacred Heart Hospital of Allentown Pennsylvania.
- Dr. Hart is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is certified in foot surgery.
- He is also certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics.
